Registration rates are as follows (all amounts in Canadian dollars):
- Early registration - FULL* (Before Nov 30, 2019): $475 CAD
- Late registration - FULL* (After Nov 30, 2019): $525 CAD
- Early registration - STUDENT** (Before Nov 30, 2019): $200 CAD
- Late registration - STUDENT** (After Nov 30, 2019): $250 CAD
- Extra Banquet Ticket: $85.00 CAD
*The first accepted paper must be accompanied by a full registration. Any subsequent paper can
be covered by a student registration if the paper will be presented by a student co-author. Otherwise,
one full registration is required for each accepted paper.
**Available to currently registered undergraduate and graduate students. Postdocs are not eligible.
Note: Authors are required to register by December 1, 2019 or their papers will be excluded from the program.

All accepted papers will be included in Springer Series: Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies.
The conference proceedings will be sent by Springer for indexing in MetaPress, ISI Proceedings, Springerlink and DBLP.
Extended versions of selected papers at Widecom 2020 will be considered for publication in Special Issues of the Internet of Things Journal, Elsevier and the International Journal of Space-Based and Situated Computing (IJSSC), Inderscience.
